How do I remove programs that say "your PC is infected, click here to download totaly super spyware"
So i got this program, spyguard IIRC , i didnt install it or download it, it just appeared. How the hell do i get rid of the bloody thing? help ASAP

I lost all applications and want the same Super Spyware remover that I had it was free. can anyone help?
