I have a russian spyware virus it won't let me restore or download?
How can I remove vista anti-spyware virus from my system?
I've been told to first end the process but I can't find it It doesn't show up as the pw.exe either. I tried booting up in safe mode with networking but the virus still stops me from viewing web pages. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I received an e-mail from alertyahoo.com stating I had spyware virus in my e-mail panel#8207.?
They said if I did not click on the site they sent me to clean it out they would be forced to close down my account permanently. I put it in spam, ran my Norton, and had no virus or spyware. Another Phishing scam I believe.

My real anti virus program symantec endopoint protection hasn't picked the virus malware up at all, and i have done the full scan.
