A virus called "spyware removal"?
There is a program called " spyware removal" suddenly appear in my desktop and are now blocking all my programs from running including task manager. I can confirm that I never had that " program" in my desktop before, since it blocking all my program from starting, I kinda confirm it was a virus.Well... which anti virus and spy ware software can you trust?The reason I'm asking is because I have a PC tower and Dell notebook a I had Norton 360 on them and noticed over time that my notebook was operating so slowly. I contacted Dell and they said I had a lot of spy ware, viruses and mal ware and that they had messed up my registry and I needed to contact Norton about it. Norton charged me an extra $$ to go in clean it out so why have the software? they supposedly clear out some of the bugs viruses it still isn't running fast enough. I heard about CyberDefender that it can make your pc run faster can help your computer run faster. Got it and they found even more bugs and did the registry cleaner and my computer had improved some but now it's slow again even if I run the registry cleaner and the anti spy ware and the anti virus software every time I use it. So now, I'm wondering if the registry is so messed up that I need to re install. I use FB, and people have told me that's what's ruined my pc's.

My computer keeps opening a new window with google, with the words 'adware spyware removal' or close to that in the search bar.Yesterday I accidentally clicked on a fake ad on Facebook under my notifications. It said that someone had tagged me in a video, and when I went to watch it, it began downloading..I need to remove this virus, it takes me nearly an hour to start up my internet with it.
