Computer virus spyware malware?
For the last few months since January I think I've been haivng odd computer issues. I have an HP Pavilion & truth be told it's old it was purchased in 2005 or 2006. I have Avast antivirus software, malware protection & spyware protection. Back in late February or March I found out that spam was being sent from my address then that people were not receiving my e mails & they were bouncing back with a message saying the e mail didn't exist or couldn't be delivered. Someone had hacked my email account & after several weeks it was fixed and I could send e mail again and people got it. Since then my computer has been restarting without any warning at least once a week. My anti virus software has also blocked attacks during that same time frame, though it seems there are more than normal. I've run all my virux spyware anti malware programs and nothing is coming up with any of them. I a little nervous since I did not know my email had issues as everything seemed normal on my end but I am concerned the maybe theres something else going on that is going past my protection software. I know people can remotely control computers have keystroke memory, etc. and its owrrisome that bunches of things could be being sent from my computer than I am entirely unaware of. I looked up some online fixes at Microsoft.com and online tech geek forums but they did not seem to do anything. How do I know if this is normal old age computer stuff or if there is something more serious?

Which anti-virus or spyware/malware protection will get rid of Microsofts blue screen of death?
I am using Avast Pro, Spyware Doctor, and Malaware Bytes. And some how thoseprograms are not good enough. Lately I been getting blue screen of death alot.Amd Phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz4 gigs ddr 3 ramGtx 470 1280mb cardAsus M4A79XTD EVO motherboardWindows 7 64 bitYeah, why doesn't Microsoft learn to make an operating system that sucks and easily gets viruses, spyware, malware on it. Are they too stupid to make a great operating system? Macs are overpriced especially when it comes to pc gaming. Ashame, I'd love a gaming computer that doesn't crash and act up because Windows is a failed operating system. I wish Microsoft would go die.I mean why don't they make an operating system that doesn't get infested by viruses all the time.
Can other programs be open during antivirus/spyware/malware scan?
I was always under the impression that you could open anti virus scan spyware malware scans and leave them performing in the background and you could continue with what you were doing surfing the internet etc and everything would be ok, but recently someone told me that it won't do as good catch and fix all of your problems if you have other programs going at the same time, you should do only those one at a time with nothing else going....is this true....thanks in advance and only serious answers please
Deleting programs, defragging, virus/spyware/malware scaning and STILL losing memory. Why?
How is it that I'm deleting programs from my harddrive, defragging, getting rid of any viruses and as much spyware and malware as I can find and doing disk clean up... only to end up with even LESS space on my harddrive?I had McAfee total protection at first which I would always run a full scan wouldn't find anything. Then I downloaded HijackThis. Posted the log into two different online analyzers hijackthis.de and hjt.networktechs.com and followed instructions accordingly. Got rid of a few problems that McAee apparently did not catch.Afterwards, I used the programs SUPER Antispyware and Malwarebytes Anti Malware to make SURE there were no threats on my computer. Anti Malware found a great deal of things to which I deleted, no problems. Antispyware also found a couple of things I deleted. However, everytime I went to My Computer to check how much memory was in C the number would always get smaller. So, I deleted programs using Add Remove in the Control Panel thinking I could get some gigs back. I got rid of most of my music, large rar files, every movie, and big applications I wasn't using. I even ran disk cleanup. Yet once I restarted my computer, there was either a slight reflection in change or a decrease in available memory I apologize for such lengthiness, but can anyone please tell me what's going on? Or direct me to a resource that could more specifically remedy this situation? Is it possible for a spyware/ malware in a cell phone to survive a soft format of the phone and memory card?
I'm unable to stream videos from mobile youtube and vuclip both in my cell phone and pc via the gprs modem, I recently installed a browser in my cell phone after that this happened I guess its the culprit but I formatted thememory card and did soft reset of the phone but I'm confused if its still blocking the carriers proxy for streaming 3gp videoson cell... mole I didn't scan and instead of this i checked it on other cells and even pc using gprs modem but its just the 3gp streaming both on cell and pc thats not working....Do you think that any malicious software in the cell can affect the streaming on pc if I use cell as a modem for pc browsing?
Does system recover remove virus/spyware/malware? It is possible right?
I've seen many questions asking if system recover can remove virus spyware or not. Some say yes, some say no, some even say it is harder to get rid after system recover. If you come across this any help is appreciated. Here is how it happens I was on some website and went away for a few minutes. When I got back I see a pop up say I have a virus wtf I was using free Avira anti virus home personal . I press remove virus and did a scan, now I have 3 virus and still scanning . I think is located in my internet cache file or something. I deleted 1 manually, but I think it is still there. I got scared and did a system restore. System restore was incomplete because I have to turn off anti virus so I deleted Avira. After system restore completed I installed a different anti virus AVG 2011 free edition. I scanned a dozen times with windows defender and AVG 0 infections, 0 spywares, 0 warnings, 0 rootkits. So my questions It is possible to remove virus spyware with System Restore? is the virus spyware still there? Am I safe?
Whats the best spyware/malware removal tool?

How to get rid of this spyware/malware/virus/whatever?
So a few days ago I noticed I was getting consistent popups from this website called marvelousseachsystem.com. Now it's gotten to the point where if I search for anything on Google every link I click is redirected through admirablesearchsystem.com. It's really annoying and slowing my internet down. I downloaded Microsoft's Security Essentials and it didn't find anything. I also tried Spybot Search and Destry but that didn't find it either.
Good antivirus and anti-spyware/malware programs for laptop?
