I just had to completely reformat my new laptop's HD because of malware or a virus. before i did i noticed that a lot of processes running in taskbar may not have been legit even though they looked like they belonged, and i always thought they did so im looking for some good, free protection for my new laptop, so it wont slowly accumulate...garbage. running vista now, but looking to upgrade to windows 7. thanks. i use anti malware bytes now. but im looking for something that is always running and can protect. used to use avast.....but im not to sure about that one anymore.
