Okay, so i downloaded the anti spyware 2009 by mistake. I can't get rid of it and it keeps popping if telling me i have trojans and stuff like that. I want to remove it. I know i have to down Malwarebytes, AVG, spybot but when it won't let me download these programs. Internet explorer always say " This page cannot be displayed." I tried it with firefox too and it tells me " page cannot connect." ... Does this mean i have a virus thats blocking these sites ? My internet is working fine.

Anti spyware 2009 virus aftermath?
Our home computer had the " anti spyware 2009" balloon pop up on our taskbar notification area. No one clicked on it or anything, but it was clear by the way that it mimicked windows security messages and had misspellings that it was nothing good. We had AVG at the time, but it would not detect anything wrong. We also had a real anti spyware program that also did not detect anything. The internet explorer was hijacked a couple of hours later, so we used firefox and downloaded the windows malicious something or other tool, windows defender, and One. None of them detected anything on the computer, and after we downloaded One, the " notifications" stopped. However... I have a feeling that this is not the end, as whatever it is was technically never removed. I need to transfer files from the desktop to my laptop, but I am now deathly afraid of " spreading" it. Anyone knowledgeable in this subject?
