i downloaded free antispyware softwares but they do not remove the spywares..i also manually removed some programs but still my PC says it is infected.I have antivirus software but that doesnt show anything if scanned..pls help to remove spyware..

So I've got the Windows Security alert spyware virus thing on my computer. I've tried all of the possible solutions I can in hopes of getting this thing taken care of malwarebytes, spybot, smitfraud, etc. . I finally figured out that the virus spyware isn't allowing me to open any of these programs after I download them to my computer, whether my computer is in normal mode or restarted in safe mode. So now the question becomes, what to do next? Is there a way to get these programs downloaded onto my computer safely so that I can ultimately get them opened and get my problem solved? I re booted in safe mode wondering if I could download them that way thus avoiding the spyware virus and it wouldn't even let me open up a web page. Any suggestions?
